Smoothie 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup papaya juice
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon non-fat powdered milk
  • 2 envelope Equal
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit blackberries(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice, not diluted
  • 1/2 cup milk (2% or less)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Blend all the ingredients well for 5 minutes & serve in a glass with some blackberries for garnish. Great breakfast drink and energy booster.
