Cranberry Salsa 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, 10 ounce bag if frozen
  • 4 - 6 t. sugar
  • Zest of one orange
  • 2 bunches green onions, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 - 1 chopped Serrano or Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 - 6 T. chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Dash of salt and pepper
Directions
Grind the cranberries in a food processor until coarsely shredded. Add the rest of the ingredients, pulse until finely chopped. Taste, add more cilantro, pepper, sugar and garlic if you wish. Chill at least 1 hour. Makes approximately 2 cups.
