| Directions | Grind the cranberries in a food processor until coarsely shredded. Add the rest of the ingredients, pulse until finely chopped. Taste, add more cilantro, pepper, sugar and garlic if you wish. Chill at least 1 hour. Makes approximately 2 cups. |

- | | Juice of 1 lime |
