Salted Nut Logs Recipe

Provided By
Homemade salted nut rolls. These little nougats are worth any of the work to make with the sweet center, rolled in caramel and coated with peanuts. Cashews would also be great on these.

"Yum! We made these at a holiday cookie swap. We crushed up the peanuts so they would coat every bit of the caramel. Be careful not to get the nougat too big as it gets a little too sweet."
