Baked Oatmeal 54 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (can be decreased)
Directions
Mix oats, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Add milk, eggs and melted butter.

Spoon into greased 9x9" pan.

Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.

Serve warm with milk.
