Oven Potatoes 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds potatoes, cut inch large chunks
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
Directions
In large plastic bag place potatoes, soup mix, and oil; shake to coat potatoes. Empty contents into shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 450° oven for 40 minutes. Stir occasionally. Garnish with parsley if desired.
