SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 256 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups mashed canned yams (3/4 large cans - drained)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (small can)
  • Topping
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix together topping ingredients to crumb consistency. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Great for Thanksgiving!
