Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • Topping
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix ingredients and place in a baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and place on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
