Marinated Vegetables 18 Recipe

  • 1 can tiny peas (large can)
  • 1 can French green beans (large can)
  • 1 can carrots (large can)
  • 1 can shoe peg corn (large can)
  • 2 jars pimento (small jars)
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 cup green pepper
  • Marinade Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 package Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
Drain liquid from the first five ingredients. In a large bowl mix all together with the celery, onions and green peppers.

Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade sauce in a pot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; pour over vegetable mixture. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
