Cheesy Potatoes 92 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups half & half
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 32 ounces frozen hashbrowns
  • 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Microwave half & half, butter, salt until hot. Toss with potatoes and cheese. Bake in 9x13 pan 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Works great in electric roaster or crock pot.
