Special Sweet Potatoes 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can sweet potatoes (or 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked until almost done
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • cinnamon
  • butter
Directions
Cut potatoes in pieces and put in a buttered casserole dish. Add applesauce and brown sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake about 45 minutes at 350°.
