Sweet Potato Casserole 220 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • Topping
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions
Mix potatoes, sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. In a bowl, mix corn flakes, brown sugar, coconut, and pecans, adding margarine last. Spread on top of casserole and bake at 350° for 15 additional minutes.
