VEGETABLE HOTDISH Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package California Blend vegetables
  • 3/4 cup Rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup water
Directions
Put in casserole. Mix together. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
