Christmas Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Country style frozen Potatoes
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 onion, minced (medium)
  • 1 pint sour Cream
  • 1 - 14.5 ounce can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 - 14.5 ounce can Cream of Celery soup
  • 1/2 bunch Green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, maybe more
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish

Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon onto melted butter.

Bake for 45-60 minutes Time: 1 1/2 hours Serves: 8-10
