Dressed Up Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pimento
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • dash pepper
Directions
Combine softened cream cheese & potatoes, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish & bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
