A Maizing Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg.)
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups Frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream style corn (16 ounce can)
  • 1 package Corn bread muffin mix (8.5 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
Lightly grease Crock Pot Slow Cooker. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Transfer to crock-pot and cook on high for 3 -4 hours.
