Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen cooked corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk (6 ounce can)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 ounces Swiss Cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 cup Swiss cheese.

Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Top with reserved cheese.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
