Vegetable Casserole 33 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Mixed Vegetables, Drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can peas and carrots, drained (or just peas)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions
Combine first six ingredients in a 3 qt. baking dish. Cover with crushed Ritz cracker crumbs. Melt margarine and drizzle evenly over Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown.
