Parmesan Potato Recipe

Ingredients
  • 24 ounces shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 3 cups Half & Half
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt butter in half & half with salt. Pour over potatoes in buttered 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
