Ingredients
2 pounds shredded hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups Milk
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
In a large bowl, mix hash browns, butter, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream, cheese, soup, and milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix corn flakes with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
