Vegetable Casserole 21 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup "lite" mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 onion finely chopped (medium)
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 35 buttery round crackers, crumbled
Directions
Heat over to 350°. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain. Place in a greased casserole. In medium bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, celery and onions then spread over vegetables. In a small bowl, combine margarine and cracker crumbs, sprinkle over casserole. Bake about 30 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
