Calico Beans for 150 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 gallons dark red kidney beans
  • 4 gallons butter beans
  • 2 gallons pork and beans
  • 6 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
  • 8 pounds brown sugar
  • 1 gallon catsup
  • 2 bottles liquid smoke
Directions
Drain beans, Divide between two electric roasters. Cook at 300° for 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally. The two roasters will be very full.
