Vegetable Loaf 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooked green peas
  • 1/2 cup cooked green beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Drain all vegetables then combine them. Add milk, slightly beaten egg, bread crumbs and seasoning. Pour mixture and vegetables into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until loaf is firm.
