Vegetable Casserole 12 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen vegetables, cooked
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
Directions
Choose your favorite frozen vegetables (I like to use the broccoli, corn and red peppers). Mix cooked vegetables with sour cream, cheddar cheese and soup. Pour into a baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers until it makes a nice crumbly mixture. Spread this mixture over the vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 min.
