| | Directions | | Choose your favorite frozen vegetables (I like to use the broccoli, corn and red peppers). Mix cooked vegetables with sour cream, cheddar cheese and soup. Pour into a baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers until it makes a nice crumbly mixture. Spread this mixture over the vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 min. |
