Ingredients
2 cans chicken broth (low salt) (large cans)
2 cans water
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons parsley chopped
5 celery stalks chopped (take out strings)
6 carrots peeled and sliced
2 tomatoes diced
1 bunch broccoli
1/3 head cauliflower
Directions
Boil everything except the broccoli and cauliflower until tender with pan covered. Then add the broccoli and cauliflower and cook an additional 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool. Refrigerate overnight, heat in microwave the portions you would like over the next day or so.
