Vegetable Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 packet Lipton vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 pounds potatoes, cooked and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, combine soup mix, mayonnaise and vinegar. Add potatoes and onion. Toss well. Chill 2 hours.
