Vegetable Salad 18 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can French style green beans, drained (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 can sweet peas, drained
  • 1 jar pimentos, diced
  • 1 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Boil oil, vinegar and sugar for 1 minute.

Pour over drained vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve warm or chill 12 hrs.
