Ingredients
1 package Frozen, Cooked & Peeled Shrimp (may use more if desired) (14 ounce Bag)
1 stick margarine
1 bunch green onions
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
1 can cream of celery, or any other cream of soup you desire
4 potatoes(cubed small; may use as much or little as desired) (Medium)
1 half & half (8 ounce )
1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
1 can shoe peg corn (may use 2 if desired)
Directions
Cube potatoes and cook in salted water just until slightly tender; drain. Sauté shrimp & green onions in skillet. Mix soups and half & half together. Cube cream cheese into small chunks. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, including the corn. Cook on high until mixture in creamy. Turn on low or warm until ready to serve. Serve with oyster crackers.
