Sweet pickles and dry mustard add just the right touch to this egg salad. Be sure to slowly add the mayonnaise so it doesn't get too runny.

Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickles, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash black pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Directions

Combine all ingredients together, adding just enough mayonnaise to give salad a good consistency.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve on toast with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
