Marinated Vegetable Salad 18 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans french green beans, drained
  • 2 cans julienne carrots, drained
  • 1 can small peas, drained
  • 4 ounces chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Mix vegetables. Combine dressing ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over vegetables. This will keep in refrigerator for up to 5 weeks.
