Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can navy beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans mild Rotel
1 onion, chopped (medium)
1 package dry Ranch Dressing Mix (not buttermilk)
1 package taco seasoning
Directions
Brown meat and drain. Add all ingredients without draining cans just dump into a large pot and stir. Simmer 30 minutes and enjoy...You can use any store brand for the beans too. It is so easy and my kids love it. You can make it hotter by going with the hot rotel if you choose.
