Cranberry Mold 3 Recipe

  • 3 navel oranges, peeled and cut up (medium)
  • 1 pound cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 ounces strawberry jello
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (small can)
Sprinkle sugar over oranges and cranberries; let stand for 2 hours.

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Let cool.

Combine fruit and Jello mixture. Add pecans and pineapple. Mix well.

Pour into mold and chill. This makes enough for an extra dish besides your mold.
