Diet Vegetable Soup That Tastes Far From Diet Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef or turkey, lean
  • 5 3/4 cups tomato juice
  • 1 cup stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups celery, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup canned mushrooms, drained
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 pepper, to taste
Directions
In pot, brown ground beef or turkey, drain grease.

Combine all ingredients with meat.

Simmer 2 hours.
