Vegetable Soup 20 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 potatoes, diced (medium)
  • 4 Carrots, Sliced (large)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 24 ounces tomato juice
Directions
Put first 4 ingredients in a large cooker. Add just enough water in to cover vegetables. Boil until tender. Add all other ingredients, filling to the top with vegetable juice. Simmer until heated through, about 15 minutes.
