Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmanns Real Mayonnaise)
1 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 head romaine and/or iceberg lettuce (coarsely chopped)
1 package shredded Swiss cheese (8 ounce pkg)
1 package frozen peas - thawed (10 ounce package)
1 purple onion - diced (medium)
6 boiled eggs - chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped bacon
1 cucumber - chopped (optional) (large)
Directions
Stir together first six (6) ingredients; layer half of lettuce and next five (5) ingredients and cucumber in a salad bowl. Spread half of dressing mixture over each layer.
Cover and chill about 8 hours.
Serves 8
