Santa Fe Soup 8 Recipe

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans whole kernel white corn, undrained (15 ounce cans)
  • 1 can black beans, undrained (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained (20 ounce can)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package shredded Cheese
Cook and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning mix and ranch dressing to ground beef. Mix well. In a large pot, add corn, black beans, tomatoes, and Rotel tomatoes. Mix well. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheese. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
