Black Cherry Jello Mold Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages black cherry Jello (3 ounce pkgs)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup reserved cherry juice
  • 1 cup bing cherries, pitted
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1/2 package Knox unflavored gelatin (for extra firmness)
Directions
Spray mold with Pam. Dissolve 2 packages of Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add cherry juice, cherries, pineapple, gelatin. Pour into mold. Refrigerate. I like to make this a day ahead so it will be well set. Delicious!
