ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • ITALIAN MEATBALLS
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • SOUP
  • 2 1/2 cans chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Carrots (diced or chopped)
  • 1 package Spinach (drained and chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1/2 package anci di pep noodles
Directions
MEATBALLS

Mix all ingredients together. Form tiny meat balls. Sauté in pan until cooked.

Set aside.

SOUP

Heat all ingredients together in soup kettle. When thoroughly heated, add meat balls.
