Strawberry Pie 112 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 box strawberry jello
  • fresh strawberries
  • prepared pie shell
  • whipped topping or ice cream
Directions
Cook together sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear. Add strawberry jello. Let this mixture cool. Line pie shell with fresh strawberries and the thicken mixture. Refrigerate and top with whipped cream or any other whipped topping or ice cream.
