Marinade for Beef Brisket Recipe

  • 1 - 8 ounce bottle Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon kitchen bouquet
  • meat tenderizer
Mix all ingredients together and set aside. Sprinkle roast with meat tenderizer, piercing meat with long tiered fork all over then place in roasting pan. Pour marinade over roast, seal and place in frig overnight. Bake covered @ 300° for 30 minutes per pound. The last hour of cooking remove cover and cover with barbecue sauce. As an alternative, you can do this on the barbecue grill. Reserve your juice to serve with meat.
