Spaghetti Meat Sauce 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 - 2 T. diced onion
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 quart V-8 juice
  • 1 package spaghetti sauce mix
Directions
Mix ground beef, onion, rice, and eggs in a skillet and brown. Pour juice and sauce mix into a large pan, add skillet mixture after it has browned and then simmer for 1 hour.
