Ingredients
5 pounds ripe grapes picked from the stem
3 pounds sugar
1 pint vinegar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon cloves
1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Boil the grapes and strain through a sieve to remove seeds and skins. Add the other ingredients and boil until thick.
