Ingredients
3 pounds ground ham/pork combination
3 Eggs
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, optional
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Sauce
1 can tomato soup, 2 cups (large can)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Combine the ham, pork, eggs, milk and pineapple. Mix in the cracker crumbs. Form into balls 1/2 cup each. Place in large baking dish. This makes 14 half cup balls. For the sauce, combine the tomato soup, brown sugar, cider vinegar and mustard. Pour over top of ham balls and bake covered with foil 40 minutes and uncovered 20 minutes in 350 oven. Spoon extra sauce in pan over meatballs before serving. NOTE: For ham loaf, mix all together and shape into 2 loaves. Cover with sauce and bake 45-50 minutes at 350 or until done.
