Grandma's Refrigerator Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds hamburger fried and drained (you can use any kind of meat or a combo of them just make sure it is precooked)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (large can)
  • 1 can whole tomatoes (large can)
  • 2 cans lima beans, corn, string beans, peas,carrots, and/or any other veggies you like
  • 2 onions, diced and fried (large)
  • 1 box elbow macaroni or any other macaroni. I like to mix them. (large box)
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder or to taste (I happen to Love garlic, so I use a little extra)
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fry hamburger and onions. Drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook slowly for 1 hour in pot.
