Baked Pita Chips Recipe

These homemade pita chips are just as good if not better than the store bought brands. Perfectly paired with hummus.

Ingredients
  • 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds (6-inch )
  • 1/3 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Cut rounds into 8 wedges each.

Brush each with dressing and place on ungreased sheet, dressing side up.

Combine Parmesan and sesame seeds; sprinkle over wedges.

Bake 10 minutes at 425°.
