  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.

With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.

Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until the edges brown, but are not burnt.

"My husband and I liked these more than we thought we would. We seasoned with sea salt and pepper and baked on a rack so they were extra crispy. Be sure to cut out the stems because they are bitter."
