Porcupine Meatballs 35 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup long grain rice (not instant)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup Diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package egg noodles (cooked)
Directions
Mix the first 6 ingredients together.

Form into meatballs.

Place in crock pot.

Pour soup mixed with water over meatballs. (you may add a bit of worcestershire sauce if desired).

cook on low until rice starts to pop out of meatballs (usually about 6 to 8 hours). Can also be done in the oven.

Serve over cooked egg noodles.
