Football Casserole Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated - divided
  • 1 package egg noodles, cooked and drained (12 ounce pkg)
Brown meat and drain. Add garlic salt, table salt, tomato soup, and onion to meat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Mix sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese and noodles with meat mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
