Black Bean and Corn Salsa 5 Recipe

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
Drain beans and thaw corn. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Serve either chilled or at room temperature.
